Disaster with Black Glitter Nail Art

So I tried out a black glitter nail art polish that I’d bought from Sally’s. I found the formula to be drippy but not solid, so it was hard to control and make a design. I tried to do a bat, and it looks like 3 globs of goo. I tried to do a stripe, and it went really wide. This is not a good one for me. The Nyx Ink Nail Art brush was much easier to use.

This is 2 coats of Color Club’s Electro Candy on my nails.

Nyx Ink Nail Art – Hot Pink

I did my nails last night so that I could play with the Nyx Ink Nail Art.

I used Color Club’s Milky White Base Coat.
Then I used 2 coats of Color Club’s Femme Fatale, which is an iridescent pink.
Then I used Nyx’s Ink Nail Art in Hot Pink.

My nail art skills need more practice, but the brush is teeny tiny and good for detail work if you have the skill.

I finally got around to making a real watermark brush today, weee. I also have another Meow Lost Rainforest look for you as well.
I think this one turned out pretty nice, and that I’m getting better with browns. What do you think?

My toes are Color Club’s Pure Energy again. I cannot get away from this color, I just love seeing it on me way too much. Right now, I’d love to find all kinds of things for my home in this bright and happy color.

Piggy Polish – All That Glitters

Piggy Polish – All That Glitters

So I just painted my nails but I haven’t cleaned up my edges yet.


I put Piggy Polish All That Glitters on my tips as the main color.
For my ring fingers I used Finger Paints You Hue.
Piggy Polish is the nail polish equivalent of Fyrinnae’s Rapunzel Had Extensions.
All That Glitters is a gorgeous gold and pink duochrome.
You Hue is a pink with gold reflect.


My toes have Color Club’s Revvvolution on them, with a coat of Sally Hansen’s Strobe Light on top.

Essie’s Huckle Buckle & Color Club Electronica

I painted my nails last night with some polish from my Victoria’s Nail Supply Haul!
I used Color Club’s Milky White Base coat.
Then, for the main nail color I used Essie’s Huckle Buckle.
I used 2 coats but I really should have used 3, you can see my nail line.
For my ring fingers, I used Color Club’s Electronica. This is an AMAZING purple! I love it!
I used China Glaze’s Fast Forward Top Coat.
