I did a fairly neutral look today since I needed to go to my doctor appointment. Speaking of, I got the best possible news. I had an adverse reaction to the birth control pill that I’d been on for a few years, Seasonique. Needless to say, I’ll be feeling better soon.
I haven’t wanted to purchase anything for a while from MAC, but when I saw the Cham Pale release, I was interested in picking up some of the pencils. So I have to share my tale of pencils with you, as well as my look for the day and some swatches. I had some food intolerance issues late Friday night and I had to get up a bit early on Saturday, so I opted for softer makeup for Christmas. And yes, I’m wearing my Warlock shirt for Christmas.
This look turned out exactly the way I had envisioned it in my head. This one wasn’t quite right, though it was interesting. This one was the best of my previous attempts. This one was ok. This was basically me practicing a more neutral look with a matte crease and browbone, and a bit of shimmer on the lid. I think it’s flattering and it will work for when I need a more ‘office chic’ type look.
Tuesday’s look involved me trying out my Too Faced eye shadow duo in Sexpresso and Peach Fuzz, but with a different combination of colors. I think this look turned out much better.
