Beauty Blog Advent Calendar – Hot Cocoa Cookies

I saw this recipe online for Snackurday Hot Cocoa Cookies and thought it would be a nice change from my typical red velvet chocolate chip cookies. Ray and I ended up making these together, and really, they spurred me on to experiment and make the pumpkin chocolate chip cookies.

I made quite possibly the best cookies I’ve ever made in my life this week. I made 4 batches and all I can think about is how to improve upon this recipe. I’d like to make these less fluffy, more chewy. They’re extremely fluffy! These are pumpkin chocolate chip cookies, made from scratch.
