Makeup Geek Purely Glamorous

Makeup Geek Purely Glamorous

This is a quick look that I threw together today, mostly using Makeup Geek eyeshadows. I didn’t have a matte brown to use by MUG, so I used MAC Handwritten. Read More »

Sweet Rocker

Sweet Rocker

I played around with the Make Up For Ever Rock For Ever palette that I picked up on discount from Sephora this morning. I loosely followed the guidelines for the Sweet Rocker look and this is what I ended up with. Perhaps I’ll follow it more to the letter next time. Read More »

Galeano

Galeano

This look was solely based off the fact that I wanted to wear Kat von D’s Galeano shadow. It’s quite a subtle purple, almost neutral. I used Lorac’s Tease Me eye shadow duo (the bronze-gold side) for my crease and outer corner of the lid. I applied Illamasqua Heroine to the upper crease. I used MAC Patina along the lower ... Cutie Pie

Cutie Pie

Friday’s Day to Night

Friday’s Day to Night

For Friday, I used Illamasqua’s Bronx eye shadow as my central eye shadow shade. For daytime, it was a wash of color on my lid and crease. For nighttime, I layered it with other shades to create an unusual shade. Read More »

The Lush Tropics

The Lush Tropics

This look really needed more of a transitional shade where Tropic meets Bronx. I think an iridescent gold would have worked nicely. Additionally, while Tropic ... Read More »

Burnished Silver

Burnished Silver

This is more the look that I meant to do last week. I put Meow’s Psychic on my lid for a silvery white effect and Darling Girl’s Mr. Ed in the crease for a coppery peach. This was very simple to do. First I started with TFSI. Then I used a fluffy brush to apply Psychic to the lid. I ... Read More »
