I recently received Makeup Geek Lemon Drop shadow to review and I wanted to incorporate it into a look. I decided to go for a Fall leaves look and grabbed burgundy, orange and gold to work with it.

I’ve got a fantastic tutorial for you today with Evil Shades and Urban Decay. Since I’m obsessed with purple and burgundy, I ended up playing with these shades together. I’m pleasantly surprised by how great Cranberry Champagne and Frigid work together.

This was inspired by an old Voltaire song, Raven’s Land. I just started reaching for Makeup Geek shadows and ended up with this look. I’d been looking at Cora’s Midnight in Paris look, which shaped this, though they’re not identical.
I have a silvered burgundy look that I did earlier this week for you. It was part of testing products for a review for FutureDerm, so I’ll be linking the review to you soon. It’s a very simple look but I love it with my hair.

Today’s look was created by me haphazardly reaching for colors around my vanity, trying to come up with something different. I like this. It’s definitely bright.
