Party Pink

I went for a green green green eyeshadow look today to contrast with my pink hair :) I used UD Mildew, Fyrinnae OMGWTF, Makeup Geek Vanilla Bean and Galaxy. I also tried an experiment with my mascara. I’m testing out the new Too Faced Better Than False Lashes mascara system. Rather than using it the way you’re supposed to, I curled my lashes and then I used Smashbox Lash Primer, followed by the Too Faced Nylon powder, and topped off with the Milani Runway Lashes mascara. I REALLY love how my lashes look today. I liked it so much I tried it on my lower lashes, where I never wear mascara. I still don’t like mascara on my lower lashes, but it wasn’t bad.

Sailor Moon Collaboration – Villains – Prisma of the Black Moon Clan

For my Sailor Moon Collaboration Villain, I chose Prisma. Prisma (also known as Petz or Prizma) wields the power of Dark Thunder and Black Lightning. How could you not love that? Her main color is dark green and she has wavy dark green hair. She has three younger sisters and collectively they’re known as the Ayakashi sisters. Their mission was to find Chibiusa and the Silver Crystal on Earth. I believe her counterpart in the Sailor Senshi is Sailor Jupiter.

Bright Turquoise, Green & Gold Sugarpill Video Tutorial

This is the video tutorial to the Red Hot Fun Look that I did. I used CyberLink PowerDirector 10 for the software side and my Canon Rebel t31 for the video. I did a different set up than I normally use. I wasn’t at my vanity in the bedroom. Instead I was hanging out in my breakfast nook, using a light up mirror & the camera on a tripod. Since I have a viewer on my camera, I can see that I’m focused on myself. However, it looked like my face was in focus and it was slightly blurry :/ so I need to review the auto detection settings. My eye was nice and clear. Anyway, let me know what you think. I’m always trying to improve!

Red Hot Fun

Today was a day I missed having red hair. I decided to pull out my wig that I picked up for just such an occasion. I also tried a new way to film tutorials, so you can expect a video tutorial of this look later on, too.
