Hi again, Lynn here. Today I have a manicure that was inspired by a silly conversation I had with Phyrra the other day. It worked out well because there’s also a ‘Mellow Yellow’ challenge in one of the Facebook groups I’m in.

Perpetual Purple and Bronzed Taupe
I have to say I am in LOVE with Perpetual Purple and Bronzed Taupe cream shadows by L’Oreal. Perpetual Purple is a gorgeous purple and you can see the pretty red and blue sparkles in it. Bronzed Taupe is a good crease color, since it’s bronze and brown and has golden flecks (to me) and it really works well with the purple. I also used the Maybelline Bold Gold color in this look, too. All creams!
Maybelline 24 Hour Color Tattoo Eye Shadows – Tenacious Teal Bold Gold
I picked up Maybelline 24 Hour Color Tattoo eyeshadow in Tenacious Teal and Bold Gold from Target the other night. I’m a sucker for teal and gold. The shades were really picked over, as they’re selling for only $5.99 at Target. The colors are rich and creamy.
Recent Acquisitions
This past weekend I picked up a few things from Ulta and Walgreens, so I wanted to swatch them for you. I also included Maybelline Amethyst Ablaze, since it’s so gorgeous. I found some new eye shadows from Revlon, which are the first eye shadows I’ve purchased by them in quite a while.
